Ordering Information

Most items on our web site are available for immediate delivery otherwise they are clearly marked as on hold or sold. Occasionaly we are not able to mark items sold immediately, and hope this does not cause too much upset!

All orders and dispatch details will be confirmed by e-mail. We aim to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of debiting your card.

Payment and Shipping

Shipping charges are based on the TOTAL value of an order not individual items! All orders under £50 are shipped free in the UK
All orders over £50 are insured against loss/damage and sent at our own risk. In the UK we send all orders over 50GBP in value by ANC or Special Delivery . We only charge you £3 for this. Overseas orders are sent airmail by International registered or Parcelforce worldwide. We charge £8 for orders in Europe and £14 for the rest of the world. Parcels with a value greater than £500 being sent abroad, may be subject to an additional charge to cover enhanced compensation.

Our on-line order form uses 128 bit SSL, the strongest commercially available level of encryption. All your private data will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. When you go to our order form you should see a solid padlock in your browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place.

Alternatively payments can be made by..... Sterling money order, Sterling cheque, Sterling Postal Order or Travellers cheque . Please contact us if you would like to transfer money.

Layaway Scheme

We would like to introduce you to our layaway scheme for purchases totaling over £100. Here is how it works. You select a bear (or bears) that you wish to buy. Send us an order and a deposit of 25% You can then pay the balance over the following 3 months. We will ship your order when paid for in full. Please note that this is a binding contract, and deposits are nonrefundable when contracts are not completed as agreed. To use our layaway service, please contact us first, and we will discuss the details with you. It's that easy!

Return Policy

When you receive your goods, please inspect carefully. If you are not delighted, please contact me immediately. Should the decision be made to return the item, you must do so within 7 days of receipt. Please inform me if this is your intention. As soon as I receive it, I will make sure it is in its original condition. If that is the case, I will notify you and gladly refund the cost of the bear, less shipping/handling/insurance.
All items other than those in the vintage gallery, or otherwise marked are brand new and as received by us from the relevant manufacturer.
